Given how much of an impact his Air Jordan 1 “Mocha” had on the sneaker industry, it shouldn’t come as a shock that La Flame is revisiting the palette. This pair slightly twists the color-blocking that’s defined the Jumpman Jack so far, dialing down the contrast for a bonafide two-tone arrangement. However, the layout remains familiar nonetheless, brown suede landing on the upper overlays and closure strap. That leaves midnight black to round out this colorway, painting the sole unit, tongue, Swoosh and underlying mesh. This serves as another pair that relies on a matte rubber sole, making the translucent gum counterpart of the “Sail” an exception rather than the rule.
